Employee Advisory Committee (EAC)
The CTO Group EAC has been established to help shape the strategic direction of the organisation. The EAC acts as the collective voice for all employees of CTO Group by engaging with all staff to extract ideas and suggestions. This interaction allows the group to develop and grow as a successful and people-centric organisation.
The EAC also has responsibility for tabling, discussing and assisting with the implementation of:
- Business process definition and improvement;
- Business policy maintenance and development;
- CTO Group culture;
- Options for staff social events and charitable events; and
- Any other items which staff would like presented to the Board.
CTO Group cares about the environment and encourages you to reduce environmental impact. CTO Group is an accredited recycler in the actsmart business recycling initiative of the ACT Government. We recycle printer cartridges and office waste and compost organic matter.
CTO Group is committed to giving back to the community. Included in our activities are blood donation, free consulting services to not for profit organisations and cooking for the homeless.
